Tool and Die Maker

Electromac Tool, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tool & Die Maker in our Windsor, Ontario Tool Build Facility. The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for ensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:


+ Compute dimensions and tolerances and set up machine tools.

+ Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining.

+ Fit and assemble or disassemble parts using hand tools and test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation

+ Work directly with all manufacturing groups ensuring tooling meets process expectations
