Tool Crib Supervisor/ Purchasing

+ Maintain and ensure readiness of all production tooling.

+ Monitor and manage inventory levels of all tooling and related items to prevent shortages or production delays.

+ Issue appropriate tooling to machine operators in a timely and efficient manner based on production needs.

+ Coordinate the repair of damaged or worn tooling to ensure continuous operational effectiveness.
+ Properly dispose of and replace tooling that is beyond repair, following company policies and safety protocols.
+ Build and Preset Tooling for Setups 
+ Lead, Instruct, and Train Shift Tool Crib Attendants.
+ Maintain a clean & organized Tool Crib.
+ Order tooling and other supplies while controlling the Tooling Budget
+ This position will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering or shift floor supervisor.
