Job Description
- Execution of mould maintenance before, during and after production 模具产前,产中,产后保养的执行
- Understand the production plan, maintain the mould in time according to the priorities, and be responsible for the results and follow up 了解生产计划,按照轻重缓急及时的保养模具,并对结果负责;
- Conduct inspection work carefully, follow-up the use and production status of mould, discover problems in time, and solve them in time 认真做好巡检工作,跟踪模具的使用和生产状况,及时发现问题,及时解决;
- Follow up mould processing progress according to mould PMC production planning schedule, propose improvement when observe abnormality progress 按照模具PMC的排产计划,跟进本组各模具的加工进度,异常进度及时提出改善;
- Accomplish daily mould repair work, communicate with design and process engineer, create mould repair plan 完成日常的模具维修工作,与设计、工艺沟通,制定模具的维修方案;
- Responsible for the acceptance of new mould transfer 新模具移管的验收,执行;
- Receive and check mould parts according to Material List 依《物料清单》接收、清点模具零件;
