Tool Process Engineer

Qualifications

• 1.Candidates must possess at least Diploma in mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, mould design or related field.
• 2.With min 5 years of working experience in plastic mould design, plastic injection tooling.
• 3.Have mechanical drawing, mold manufacturing process, design process related knowledge and ability.
• 4.Advanced use UG8.0 or above version, can be completed independently general 3D drawing.
• 5.Familiar with various parts clamping methods and corresponding fixture design.
• 6.Have practical experience in CNC and TOOL MAKER, familiar with the performance of various processing equipment and various types of plastic mold structures (casing molds are preferred).
• 7.Able to accurately estimate (effective calculation method) the processing hours of each process.
• 8.Advanced use UG8.0 or above version, can be completed independently general 3D drawing.
