Tool Pusher – Deep Geothermal Drilling Projects

As part of the development of our deep geothermal activities, we are seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to supervise and control the entire drilling operations activities, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with Drilling Supervisor. At all times considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to optimize drilling operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all drilling operations on super light Rig, using MPD system. Direct rig crew towards achieving job performance as per Senior Drilling Supervisor work instructions.
• Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements, assist in supervising well killing operations in any well control situation.
• Ensure planned maintenance, sufficient stock and drilling equipment as per requirements
• Lead and develop drilling crews while promoting a strong safety culture.
