Responsible for developing and implementing advanced tooling solutions to enhance precious metal plating techniques. This role supports the plating department by ensuring tooling design, fabrication, and installation meet production and safety standards, while contributing to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.



Job Responsibility:



+ Develop and implement advanced tooling solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of precious metal plating processes.

+ Monitor and manage the schedule for tooling fabrication, installation, and conditioning to ensure timely readiness for production.

+ Analyze and provide solutions for technical challenges related to new tooling systems.
