Develop and implement advanced tooling solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of precious metal plating processes.
Monitor and manage the schedule for tooling fabrication, installation, and conditioning to ensure timely readiness for production.
Analyze and provide solutions for technical challenges related to new tooling systems.
Lead pilot runs of new tooling to check functionality and performance.
Collaborate with other design engineers for new product design, compatibility with tooling, and least gold usage possible.
