Tooling Engineer

TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims. We are looking for a new ME - tooling, that is including **the main responsibilities**:
- Take primary responsibility for the design and development of stamping tools such as deep drawing tools, cutting edge tools, flanging tools, forming tools, progressive dies, etc. Ensure tool design and tryout tasks are completed on time and meet project milestones for the Querétaro startup.
- Create part-based tooling designs in alignment with forming processes, and conduct FEM simulation (e.g., Dynaform) with support from senior engineers to validate tool concepts.
- Standardize and document tooling design best practices and lessons learned to support future projects and process robustness.
- Collaborate with APQP teams on new product launches, contributing to tooling design during the early development phases.
