Tooling Engineer

Module Engineer that proficient in equipment and collaterals maintenance/repair/conversion to determine problems in none functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process which includes and are not limited to faulty hardware debug, failure mode recovery, strategies plan to troubleshoot defects collaterals or equipment based on priority set by engineering/manufacturing, managing ad-hoc requests or experiments, basic data analysis/commonality failure study, hardware rework/conversion, improve on learning/BKM/debug steps and potential extended support equipment execution for operation remote support/completing lots/work orders/WIP in the queue.
Respond to escalation flow if downtime is prolonged or exceeded the predefined threshold or beyond competency.
• Act as the first technical escalation point during normal shift operations and drive HDMX AP sustaining KPI.
