Position: Tooling Engineering Design Coordinator – Molds and Tooling

2.0 GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinates the design, development, and improvement of plastic injection molds, providing technical supervision to a team of engineers. Manages new product introduction (NPI) projects, validates internal and external designs, and collaborates with other areas to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards. Maintains technical communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring that molds meet functional, economic, and delivery requirements. Work with customers and suppliers in the design and fabrication phase of the molds

3.0 JOB COMPETENCIES

3.1 Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

3.2 Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in design and fabrication of plastic injection molds. Experience in new product launches (NPI).
