ESH
Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls.
Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties.
Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards.
Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Capability planning
Maintain production capability in related with tooling of each production areas and ensure utilization efficiently according to the capacity plan from IE.
Coordinate with interface function for tooling preparation (budgeting and eCR) from various input PSI, Allocation, PI new introduction to ensure the available of tooling will be fit with the demand & timing.
Review tooling needs from weekly production scheduling from Supply chain department, compare the plan vs tooling availability and capability then feedback if the plan is feasible or where is the plan...
