The Role: Toolmaker

Toolmaker is to provide support & services in maintaining the molds. The support includes onsite support trouble shooting on the press, insert changes for multi inserts mold, Mold PM & mold/inserts cleaning and mold repair. Overtime support during non-working hour if request.

In this role you will:

Responsible for mold maintenance & repair to get the best quality part out from production. This includes trouble shooting, machining, fitting, decision making, inter department communication as well as documentation.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Tool and Die/Polymer/Machining or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
• Able to handle conventional milling, lathe, grinding and EDM machine.
• Knowledge of injection molding, troubleshooting, PM and fix mold.
• Able to work alone with less supervision.
