Location: Close to Southend Airport
Salary: £35,000
Working Pattern: Monday–Thursday, 06:45–16:30 (37 hours, 4-day week)

We’re working with a precision aerospace manufacturer looking for a Toolmaker/Centreless Grinder

If you’ve run Wickman, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati or Tschudin machines and know what good looks like, this is worth a conversation.

Toolmaker Responsibilities:

Setting and running manual centreless grinders

*

Working to tight aerospace tolerances

*

Reading drawings and inspecting your own work

*

Using micrometres confidently (no guessing)

*

Supporting 2nd ops where needed (thread rolling, deburring etc.)

*

Reducing scrap and keeping machines running efficiently

*

Hitting output without compromising quality
