Toolroom Supervisor

Job PurposeOrganize and manage the technical and human resources of the tool shop, taking into account the schedules and activities required to meet tooling manufacturing and maintenance schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and ensure compliance with the company's safety policies, as well as promptly follow up on the resolution of unsafe conditions and compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.Report environmental or safety risks to your immediate supervisor.Ensure that the staff under your supervision operates the machinery for which they were trained in accordance with standard operating procedures.Participate in accident/incident investigations.Promote environmental awareness and safety standards in accordance with established systems.Assume responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the environmental management system.Respond to audit non‐conformities, and where applicable, take action to control and correct them; address the consequenc...
