Job Description

Our public sector client requires a Top Secret cleared Senior Business Analyst to gather requirements the implementation phase of a classified IM/IT Capital Project. The Project Manager will support the delivery of mission-critical IT systems involving networks, software, and business transformation. The project environment includes classified work up to Top Secret and requires the resource to be on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full project lifecycle activities from initiation through implementation and transition to operations, ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, and scope.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, procurement, quality, and communications using formal project management tools.
  • Create and manage project documentation including plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, stakeholder plans, and status reports.
