Insight Global is looking for a traveling Field Service Engineer supporting a large government client both CONUS and OCONUS. The Field Service Engineer serves as a technical lead and subject matter expert supporting the survey, design, procurement, installation, testing, deployment, and sustainment of complex timing and synchronization network systems. This role requires hands-on expertise in transport, IP, DC power, SATCOM, RF, and GPS infrastructure, and operates within a fixed price, performance based environment governed by SLAs and AQLs. Responsibilities include performing detailed site surveys, developing TSIPs, MOPs, MBOMs, and engineering project packages, coordinating installations, cutovers, activations, and deactivations—including DISN equipment—conducting installation test and acceptance, and finalizing site acceptance.
