Toronto Family Physician - Year-Round Care

In this role, you will support our Year-Round Care initiative among a team of over 100 physicians. Your focus will be on preventive health services, patient education, and offering clinical guidance based on individual assessments. Participation in innovative healthcare initiatives is a key aspect of your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary care and screening services to patients
• Diagnose health conditions and manage treatments
• Advise patients on preventive healthcare strategies
• Provide supportive counseling for diverse health issues
• Participate in Medcan's continuing education and product development
Requirements:
• Commitment of at least 1 day per week
• Registered with CPSO in good standing
• Hold a valid OHIP billing number
