Toronto Hybrid Application Support Role

Be part of a dynamic team as a Junior Application Support Specialist in Downtown Toronto, blending hybrid and onsite work. Your expertise in middleware and cloud technologies will be essential.
In this role, you will focus on operational support for more than 200 Java applications within the Government Services framework. You will engage in incident management, change request implementations, and utilize your skills with IBM WebSphere, Urban Code Deploy, and cloud solutions such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform operations support for hosting client applications
• Execute incident intake and triage tasks
• Fulfill service requests and manage change assessments
• General reporting and data analysis responsibilities
• Provide support to the SUS team for multiple applications
Requirements:
