Toronto Urban Design Lead Position

Lead the Landscape Architecture team in Toronto, ON as a Regional Lead in Urban Design. Collaborate with various professionals while managing multiple projects across the GTA.

In this key role, you will report to the National Sector Lead and the Managing Principal at Architecture49. You'll need a minimum of 10 years of experience as a registered Landscape Architect and a skilled degree in the field. Collaborate with Landscape Architects, Engineers, and Planners to develop creative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the landscape architecture and urban design team in GTA
• Mentor intern landscape architects and oversee their progress
• Prepare and review design briefs, technical reports, and cost estimates
• Ensure project compliance with local standards and contracts
• Conduct site inspections and assist with contract management

Requirements
