Tosca Tester

**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using TOSCA DI and TOSCA.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress defects and overall quality metrics using Jira.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Utilize PL/SQL and MySQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
