Job Title : Total Reward Lead - HRO - Payroll

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of compliance reporting process for ASEAN countries.
• Work with various internal stakeholders, including outsourced payroll vendor(s) for ASEAN countries to support related inquiries and resolve any error or issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain all statutory compliance for ASEAN countries in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
• Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures set in ASEAN countries.
• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required for ASEAN countries.
• Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement for payroll administration across ASEAN Countries.
• Provide advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines across ASEAN Countries in Malaysia, Thailand an...
