Job Description

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. 
3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or a Cooperative. 
Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and HRIS systems. 
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and statutory benefits. 
Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
