Total Rewards Associate Manager

The Compensation Associate Manager is a key member of the Global Compensation team, supporting the implementation of AI‑based tools and the delivery of data‑driven insights that inform global pay and market intelligence strategies. This role combines strong hands‑on analytical execution with growing ownership of compensation programs, projects, and stakeholder advisory. The Associate Manager supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation strategies, while progressively acting as a subject‑matter advisor and project lead within the function.

Responsibilities- Lead advanced compensation analyses, including market competitiveness, internal equity, pay movements, and scenario modeling, using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools
