Total Rewards Intern - HR & Benefits, Onsite

Solar Turbines is looking for a Total Rewards Intern to gain hands-on experience in various Total Rewards activities and initiatives. This role, based in Tijuana, will involve supporting employee benefits, coordinating onboarding activities, and participating in projects.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This position requires onsite work five days per week.
