CTC upto 30L

Role Summary:

Responsible for designing and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Manage employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance
• Partner with Finance on budgeting and manpower cost planning
• Ensure pay equity and governance standards
