Total Rewards Senior Manager

As the Total Rewards Senior Manager, you will be the architect of the compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain the best talent in the market. The primary goal is to ensure our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively for their hard work. You will be a key strategic partner to local senior leaders, the Rewards COE team, and the People and Human Capital teams, designing programs that support our business goals, meet legal standards, and keep us competitive in the local market.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field​
• At least ten years of experience in total rewards, with a deep focus on compensation planning ​
• Expert-level skills in Excel for data modeling, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear and persuasive presentations​
