This international logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented TotalRewards Specialist to join its APAC business. This company provides services like shipping, logistics, and business services. Due to market growth, an agile Total Rewards Specialist is needed to design and recommend innovative Compensation solutions.
Your new role
You will report to the Manager of Performance & Total Rewards, APAC. As a Total Rewards Specialist , you will be responsible for designing and recommending creative Compensation solutions. You will also be expected to partake in job evaluation, job grading and C&B harmonisation exercises.
