Total Rewards Specialist

The Total Rewards Specialist will be a key member of the Global Compensation team, supporting the implementation of AI-based tools and production of data driven insights that inform our global pay and market intelligence strategies. This role requires strong analytical capability, deep attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualization tools to support decision-making across Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using Power BI and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights in compensation, pay movements, and market positioning.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support leadership and HR stakeholders.
