Coordination of Processes:
Coordinates Total Rewards processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Supports in Design & Development of Policies:
Supports in the design and development Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure and Flexible Working Arrangements
Analyzes Remuneration Scheme:
