Total Rewards Specialist

Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefit programs that ensure competitive and effective rewards packages across the company's entire employee population in LATAM focused on technology for engineering centers in Monterrey and Bogotá.

Will work with regional and global HR leaders teams to create a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the company's overall goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required
• Knowledge of local legislations and regional practices concerning compensation and benefits policies, for Technology market is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing complex vendor relationships
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
