Total Rewards specialist

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist with strong expertise in Singapore payroll to manage compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.

• 3 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
• Strong hands‑on experience in Singapore payroll (mandatory)
• Deep knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, SDL, AIS, IR8A, IR21)
• Experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar)
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys
