Tour Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation:
  Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, interests, budgets, and timelines.
• Itinerary Design:
  Create customized tour packages and proposals that match client preferences.
• Booking Coordination:
  Handle reservations for flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and other services.
• Supplier Liaison:
  Work with airlines, hotels, ground operators, and partners to secure availability and rates.
• Travel Documentation:
  Prepare and deliver accurate travel documents, vouchers, and itinerary summaries.
• Customer Support:
  Provide prompt, friendly support before, during, and after travel; manage changes and resolve issues.
• Sales & Targets:
  Actively promote Splash World packages and products; meet or exceed sales goals.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
