Role Overview: As an Outpost Tour Guide, you are the bridge between the hostel and the local culture. You are responsible for leading high-energy, safe, and deeply social excursions. Your success isn't measured by getting the group from point A to point B on time, but by how many new friendships were formed by the time the group returns to the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Engineering: Actively facilitate introductions. Your goal is to ensure that by the end of the first 30 minutes, every person on the tour knows at least three other people's names and stories.
• Life of the Party: Your role continues back at the hostel. You are the Social Catalyst during our nightly events. Whether it's leading a pub crawl, hosting a beer pong tournament, or being the first one on the dance floor, you set the permission for everyone else to have the time of their lives.
