Tour Guide & Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tour Manager to oversee daily tour operations, lead engaging tours, drive sales, and train new tour guides for our new tour company, from mid-February through June 2026. This contractual role combines hands-on tour guiding with leadership responsibilities to ensure 5-star guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team development. The ideal candidate will be pioneering a project, is a natural leader and customer-focused professional with a passion for storytelling and sales.



Job location: Coron, Palawan, Philippines



Compensation package: PHP 39,000 base salary plus housing allowance, sales commissions and performance-based bonus.
