Come Travel Kenya is looking for an experienced safari professional. You'll be involved across the full journey, from designing itineraries to working directly with clients with the autonomy to shape how the department grows.
What You'll Do
Safari & Tour Operations
· Design bespoke safari itineraries and experience packages that balance client aspirations with commercial realities
· Manage bookings end-to-end: from first enquiry through to post-trip follow-up
· Handle all costing and quoting, maintaining healthy margins while staying competitive.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with lodges, guides, and ground operators across Kenya
Client & Supplier Management
· Act as the primary contact for high-value client enquiries
· Negotiate preferred rates and exclusive arrangements with key suppliers
