Position: Tour Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized tour itineraries and documentation for domestic and international clients.
• Manage end-to-end execution of domestic and international tours.
• Identify new destinations, experiences, and market trends to expand and enhance the tour portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales team) and external vendors/partners.
• Upload tours and manage inventory, pricing, and availability across systems.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, suppliers, pricing, and customer data in relevant systems.
• Ensure revenue achievement through team performance against assigned targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and international tourism.
• Ability to work independently, within large teams, or lead a team efficiently.
