Love variety and stepping up to any challenge? We’re searching for a versatile Tournant Chef to join our Brisbane kitchen teams. You’ll be across some of our most iconic venues – such as the historic Regatta Hotel on the river, to the family-friendly Everton Park Hotel, and the local favourite Cleveland Tavern. All of the venues has its own personality, and you’ll play a key role in keeping standards high across them all.

The Role
As a Tournant Chef, you’ll be the flexible backbone of our kitchens – skilled in every section, calm under pressure, and ready to step in where needed. Whether it’s leading a service, training juniors, or supporting the brigade, you’ll bring consistency and leadership to every shift.
