About the Role:

A well-established tourism company is seeking Tours Reservation Agents to handle bookings for individual travelers and groups, manage tourism systems, and oversee hotel contracts. The ideal candidates should have experience in inbound tourism reservations, be tech-savvy, and possess strong organizational skills.



Key Responsibilities:

•Reservations Management: Handle and process reservations for individuals & group tours efficiently.

• Hotel Contracting & System Monitoring: Oversee hotel contracts, pricing, and ensure accurate system updates.

• Booking Systems & Technology: Use and master reservation platforms, Excel, and Word to manage bookings effectively.

• Customer Support & Coordination: Communicate with clients, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
