Tours, Safaris & Experiences Lead (Growth Role)
Starting Salary
KES 50,000 gross (subject to review at 3 and 6 months)
Role Purpose
To lead and grow CTK's Tours & Safaris department by independently handling tour operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and using AI tools to improve efficiency in itinerary design, costing, and client communication, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end tour handling
Safari itinerary design & costing
Client & supplier coordination
Department ownership with minimal supervision
Basic online & offline marketing support
Use of AI tools for efficiency
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Tourism / Hospitality / Travel
2–5 years experience in Tours & Safaris
