Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the towing operator during the loading and unloading of vehicles
• Assist in properly securing vehicles using chains, straps, and other safety devices
• Provide guidance to the towing operator while maneuvering and parking
• Ensure the safety of vehicles, equipment, and the surrounding area during operations
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after towing activities
• Keep the tow truck, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Comply with company safety policies and traffic laws
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least a High School graduate
• Physically capable of performing manual and physically demanding tasks
• Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and a positive work attitude
• Willing to work extended hours, rotating shifts, and on-call assignments
