Job Purpose
To serve as the operational and people-management link between the project execution team and the Senior Manager / Project Team Leader (PTL) by leading and supervising Executives in day-to-day project delivery, enforcing project controls, cost and margin discipline, supply management, and resource utilisation, and providing assurance through monitoring and timely escalation of risks, issues, and deviations to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved scope, timelines, budgets, and governance requirements.
