Job Summary

We are seeking a highly vigilant and analytical Tracking Officer to oversee the real-time monitoring of our cross-border fleet operations. The primary responsibility is to ensure the security, efficiency, and timely delivery of goods across Tanzania, Zambia, and the DRC. The ideal candidate must possess advanced knowledge of the regional transit routes and be proficient in utilizing GPS telematics to mitigate risks and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Fleet Monitoring & Surveillance

  2. Monitor the real-time movement of vehicles using GPS tracking platforms to ensure adherence to planned routes and schedules.

  3. Identify instances of speeding, unauthorized stopping, or route deviation and alert drivers or relevant authorities immediately.
  4. Coordinate with security teams in high-risk areas, particularly when trucks are traversing known hotspots in the DRC or remote areas of Tanzania/Zambia.
