Tracking Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Track & Trace shipments by checking websites calling driver/carriers
• Data entry into TMS
• Follow up with carriers at appropriate times to make sure we get needed updates
• Escalate issues/no answers to appropriate parties and communicate solutions to the client

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in track and trace or comparable role with a US logistics company focused on over the road freight
• Good English, basic understanding of transportation terminology, TMS experience, Google Suite

NOTE

• This candidate can be placed in both shifts.
• Candidate is flexible and can be place to dynamic shift position Sat & Sun fixed + 3 additional scheduled shifts mid week), 3 additional shifts can be after-hours or overnight shifts depending on the staffing need.
