Our Tractor Drivers operate tractors and other large machinery within the nursery, complete basic maintenance tasks and report any issues to the Land & Machinery Manager. Tractor Drivers also cover other duties when required, such as seed sowing, planting and plant care, weeding, pest & disease monitoring, irrigation and spraying operations, sorting, packing and dispatch of trees to our customers.

FLS Plant and Seed Supply is a dedicated team of 30 people responsible for growing or sourcing the 25 million trees per year required for the forests and land managed by FLS.
