Key Responsibilities Trade & Commercial Support

• Assist Trade Managers in managing assigned trade lanes and customer accounts
• Support preparation and circulation of freight rates, tariffs, and quotations
• Maintain customer and trade data in internal systems
• Track market trends, competitor rates, and trade movements

Booking & Documentation Coordination

• Coordinate with operations for booking acceptance and space allocation
• Ensure timely issuance of booking confirmations
• Assist in verification of shipping instructions, BL drafts, and cargo details
• Coordinate amendments and corrections with relevant departments

Customer & Agent Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for customers, overseas agents, and partners
• Handle customer inquiries related to schedules, rates, and cargo status
• Follow up on pending documentation and operational requirements
