Trade & Business Development Associate

The Trade & Business Development Associate supports the execution of go-to-market strategies across trade channels while contributing to business development initiatives that drive revenue growth, distribution expansion, and brand presence. This role works closely with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Marketing and external partners to ensure effective in-store execution, promotional effectiveness, and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Marketing Planning and Implementation

• Support the development and execution of marketing activation plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Implement the channel strategies based on the marketing calendar to drive growth of the offline and online retail channels.
