Trade compliance analyst

Job Summary:

The Trade Compliance Analyst will be responsible for complying with the import/export operation in accordance with Government Trade Laws. This position is responsible for ensuring NIDEC MOEN KDM DRIVES-CT Apodaca facility is in full Compliance. Support the BU gatekeepers with his/her knowledge and to support day-to-day operations and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Company as it works towards achieving IMMEX, ANNEX 24/30, PROSEC, VAT-IEPS, AEO & CTPAT programs status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to enable the status to be maintained Ensure compliance for all import/export transactions, validating the proper documents through Annex 24 system & Annex 30 bi-monthly declarations Ensure data integrity of Annex 24 system Support about analysis and validation related to imports were classified as Change of Regime resulting from the payment of applicable duties Generate reports for KPI's that demonstrat...
