Job Description
The associate gathers information from brokers southbound inventory and elaborate customs invoice
- Follow up to in transit Materials.
- Upload into I-Xport of raw materials new part numbers according to oracle information
- Run Daily report of southbound shipments (IN, A1)
- Monthly INEGI report for finances department
- Review of southbound pedimentos and payment authorization
- Annex 24 pedimentos conciliation
- Generate and administrate Rule eight permits for southbound shipments
- Controls the HTS assignment in each invoice
- Keeps track of the changes made regarding USMCA
