Trade Compliance Analyst (Shared)

Responsible for supporting all activities related to the company’s international trade compliance, ensuring the proper application of programs and regulations (IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Anexo 24/30), as well as correct document management, control of import/export operations, and the handling of returns and fixed‑asset controls.

• Analyze and authorize weekly and monthly consolidated customs declarations (V1, RT, IN, A1), validating information and documentary consistency.
• Prepare invoices and support the authorization of customs declarations F4 and F5 , ensuring alignment with both commercial and customs data.
• Prepare the Value Declaration (MVE) by applying the relevant criteria and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
