Trade Compliance Manager
Reports to:Global Logistics Director

Location: Hybrid 

 

, a National Pen brand, is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager who responsible for ensuring that all international trade activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role manages compliance with . and foreign trade regulations and develops strategies to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency in international trade. The manager also serves as a subject matter expert on trade laws, sanctions, tariffs, and classifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain global trade compliance policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations including, but not limited to, US PGAs, CTPAT, OEA, EAR, OFAC, and international customs regulations.
